40th Wedding anniversary Party

We had the pleasure of planning and designing Diana + Rob's 40th wedding anniversary party at their beautiful Los Angeles estate in Hollywood Hills, California! Diana (an artist) wanted a bold, colorful, and eclectic party that oozed with love, connection, and whimsy! We transformed their massive tennis court by adding a variety of unique and vibrant bohemian lounges featuring a travel treasure aesthetic. We hung colorful Vietnamese silk lanterns over the al fresco dinner tables which made the reception glow. We also added 5-dozen floating lanterns to the pool which added a magical touch. Ambience is everything!

Guests stepped into a beautiful garden and enjoyed an Aperol spritz bar, passed appetizers, and a Mediterranean grazing table. The dinner tables featured colorful flowers in a collection of different pottery and brass vessels. We rented a variety of colorful mismatched water and wine goblets, ceramic plates, neutral linen napkins, and gold & black flatware. Ivory pillar candles and blue hurricane candles created a beautiful tabletop glow.

Guests enjoyed a delicious Mediterranean family-style meal. After dinner, Rob's professional musician friends performed original songs and classics. We served coffee, an assortment of dessert bites, a carrot wedding cake, and we had a gelato cart featuring vegan sorbet! It was a beautiful day with an incredible group of people!
